The client is a top German multinational Automotive Technology company supplying systems for passenger cars, commercial vehicles and industrial technology, enabling the next generation of mobility. It employs 150000+ employees worldwide, reported sales of €38.3 billion in fiscal 2021. The company operates in 188 locations in 31 countries.

The Roadblocks

The client wanted to double its engineering R&D team in India to 1,000 people within a year but faced challenges due to a competitive hiring environment and limited talent availability.

Choosing a New Route

To address this, we enlisted dedicated account manager, a team of 10 recruiters, and 3 onsite staff to closely work with the hiring manager, analyzed open demands, timelines, talent pool availability, salary benchmarking, and competitor companies, made changes to the hiring process to speed up sourcing, and focused on candidate engagement.

Milestones Achieved

Through these efforts, we were able to achieve our hiring milestone in the given timeline and stay ahead of the competition, with a 1:5 ratio of job offers to candidates, thereby saving thousands of engineering hours which would have wasted in interview process.
